Information For Club Members
Wednesday 20th January 2010: | LAST DAY to submit Digital entries for the Exhibition. |
Wednesday 27th January 2010: | LAST DAY to submit Print entries for the Exhibition. |
Sunday 7th March 2010. 9:30am: | Set up the exhibition during the morning. Volunteers required. |
Monday 8th March 2010. 8:00pm: | Official opening during the evening. Slides and Digital will be projected. The Judge will make comments on certificate winners. Certificates and Trophies will be distributed to the winners. |
Saturday 13th March 2010: | Remove all displays from the Exhibition. 9:15pm. Volunteers required. |
